My Approach
My approach is an inside out approach. I have discovered, through doing the work myself, that transforming my inner world is key to changing the world around me. I am trained in masterful life coaching. I have my doctorate in pharmacy, and studies in psychology and somatic psychotherapy. I am a business owner and certified yoga instructor. I use all I have learned about the human experience along with the wisdom gained through life to guide you on the most important journey of your life.
I am not here to lead you towards me. Instead, my offering is to lead you towards yourself. It’s not about having more willpower or motivation. It’s about getting out of your own way. This is the journey to creating the change you desire in a more sustainable way, with grace and ease. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project or a message to share with the world. Whatever it is that is calling you, the world needs it now. We need YOU now!
My desire is to share the good news! I want to share this wisdom with the world. It is the answer to breaking free from emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual bondage, whether conscious or unconscious.
